Automorphism groups of Artin groups of spherical type

An Artin group is a group that has a presentation with relations of the formaba ...=bab ...where the words in both sides have the same length. The Artin groups of spherical type form one of the better understood family of such groups. We will first present the groups themselves, and then an overview on the know results concerning their automorphism groups.
