This is the first french school presenting the successful use of random matrix techniques in solving problems from quantum information theory. Three lectures are scheduled and will offer to a general audience basics of random matrix theory and Weingarten calculus, followed by their applications to entanglement and additivity conjectures. A poster session will be also included as an opportunity for young researchers to present their ongoing projects and to discuss with scientific leaders.
