Collection Ergodic theory and unitary representations
We review and/or prove some ergodic theorems related to unitary representations. Weyl's equidistribution and Benford's law, von Neumann and Birkhoff's ergodic theorems, Howe-Moore's theorem, uniform lower bounds on discrepancies, Lubotzky-Philipps-Sarnak's equidistribution on the sphere.
