Based on Harris recurrence of the single stochastic HH neuron with constant input, we define 'quiet behaviour' and 'regular spiking' in statistical terms. We then construct circuits of interacting stochastic HH neurons on which self-organized rhythmic oscillation of spiking behaviour can be observed.
