Collection Mathematical Modelling of Dengue Disease Transmission
This course contains some simple mathematical modelling cases, followed by mathematical modelling for Dengue disease transmission. We used some approximation to capture some phenomena and also answer the question regarding Dengue from the public health department. Basically, we use the SIRV type model but also include a network to capture the spatial effect.
