I will explain the formula of Gamayun, lorgov and Lysovyy relating Painleve VI tau-function to c=1 conformal blocks and some of generalizations, using the blowup formulas for N_f=2N_c supersymmetric N=2 d=4 theory. If time permits I will talk about the eigenvalue problem for the elliptic Calogero-Moser system.
