I will discuss some results and conjectures on the positivity of Meijer G-functions on the positive half-line, in the non-trivial case where the underlying random vari- able is not an independent product of quotients of beta random variables. Some emphasis will be put on the notions of logarithmic infinite divisibility and quasi infinite divisibility. If time permits, I will discuss some extensions to Fox H- Functions.
