I will discuss the construction of solutions for the one dimensional focusing cubic half wave equation based on the interaction of two small mass concentrated solitons, displaying growth of Sobolev norms of high regularity. I will focus on the study of the modulation system and on the energy estimates. This is a joint work with Enno Lenzmann, Oana Pocovnicu and Pierre Raphael.
